Bar Spoon

A long, twisted handled spoon with a cylindrical disk at the base used for layering drinks. Also used for stiring, swizzleing and muddling. the spoon holds 5 ml. A variation has a small 3 pronged fork at the base used to pick olives, cherries and cut citrus fruit.
